The role of intelligent monitoring systems of environmental safety indicators of certain vehicles for evaluation of roadside environment ingredient and parametric pollution by traffic is performed. The analysis of existing methods, models and software for monitoring ecological safety indicators of system "traffic flow - the road" is performed, including the onboard software of monitoring system for collect the information about the parameters of individual vehicle in the traffic. The intelligent monitoring system structure and database structure of environmental safety parameters of certain vehicles are formed. The basis of the monitoring system is a mathematical model of the "traffic flow - the road", which is implemented in the appropriate software, in particular, for the analysis of indicator diagrams and determine the individual parameters of vehicular ICE real workflows; for evaluating the environmental safety of vehicular engines and vehicles including their engines heating in motion. With example of individual vehicle, the influence is researched for the environment temperature and using of the engine heating system for emissions by traffic flow; the influence of the traffic flow movement modes is researched for its environmental safety in a city conditions.
