popup.description2
The role and topicality of personal self-realization process in crisis world is essentially increased in modern Ukrainian community interactions, mainly due to aggravation of social, economical, political and military conditions. Researchers' opinions were split into "optimistic" and "pessimistic" due to the shift in outlook paradigms. The sense of life, motivational constituents, which accompany the process of personal self-realization in different life matters, such as: advancement in professional competence (especially in cases of extremal occupational activities), communicational skills (in everyday life as well as in cases of psychological assistance) are viewed as an agents of self-realization. Different personal and interpersonal features and belonging to different cultural traditions (oriental or occidental) are analyzed as agents of self-realization also.
