An inventory of botanical collections, created new exposure epiphytic orchids. Herbarium supplemented by 200 sheets. Collection of 11 species of rare species of Astragalus Ukrainian flora was based. Investigated the current state and the annual dynamics of individual transformed and model ecosystems of reserved and buffer areas the individual NRF objects Cherkasy region. The possibilities of artificial reproduction of populations of some rare species in natural and inherent phytocoenoses 8 sample plots for their reproduction. The scientific substantiation of the feasibility of a number of regulatory measures on the territory of the NRF within forestry Cherkasy region. Results of monitoring abundance in Kanev Nature Reserve cormorant, gray heron, white-tailed eagle, magpie sandpiper, Yellow-footed gull has been summarized. The data winter census of wintering waterbirds was generalized. Normative document "Draft National Strategy for Plant Conservation in Ukraine" was composed.
