Research conducted to international best practice generalization preventing and combating corruption and the possibility of its implementation in Ukraine during the administration of taxes and fees. In the research work carried out a detailed analysis of general theoretical question of corruption. The analysis of departmental structural subdivisions fiscal authorities in the context of possible corruption. The identified organizational factors that influence the formation of interdepartmental risks that contribute to corruption offenses in fiscal bodies. The mechanism of determination and systematization of corruption risks in accordance with the functions and procedures of structural units of fiscal authorities.
