Description

The object of the research - the process of keeping and moving seed crops in the field of corona discharge on the strip of steep slopes conveyor and sorting in electrostatic field for reducing injury of preseeding preparation of machines. The subject of the research - regularities of the process of keeping and moving of seed crops in the field of corona discharge on the strip of the steep slopes conveyor and sorting in electrostatic field and parameters of electrode systems and technical means to implement them. Purpose - to reduce injury seeds at transporting and sorting in processes of preseeding preparation through the use of power of the electric field that eliminates interaction of caryopsis with ribs of working bodies. The methods of the research. Provisions of the laws of electrodynamics and mechanics, methods of mathematical modeling and experiment planning. Method for determination the forces of the electrical nature that acting on the caryopsis of the seed in the working area of the electrode systems at transporting and sorting of seeds in an electric field was developed. Expediency of using the of corona discharge field for keeping seeds on the strip of the steep slopes conveyor was shown; determined that for providing the calculated of the field strength of corona discharge on the surface of the strip ratio of the height of the arrangement of the spire corona electrode to the distance between them should be greater than 0.653; shown that the largest productivity of transporting wheat seeds by the steep slopes conveyor is located at an angle of 45 ° will be at the supply voltage corona electrodes up to 30 kV and the speed of the conveyor strip 0,8 - 0,85 m·s-1; found that in the electrostatic field the factional distribution of winter barley seed of hybrid populations for bare grain allows to select about 76% bare grain seeds.
