The 322 children of younger school age of 6-9 years in Kiev were under the supervision. Research methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumentalny, mathematical and statistical. On the basis of the analysis of a condition of system of lipid peroxidation/antioxidant defense, a lipidic and nitrogenous exchange, indicators of endotelialny function mechanisms of formation of early disorders cardiovascular systems at healthy children of school age and children with a syndrome of vegetative dysfunctions are defined. Schemes of the pharmacological differentiated and personalized correction of the revealed disorders with use of preparations of metabolic action of raznonaprvlenny influence are developed, approved and introduced. Novelty and relevance of researches consists in the establishment of features of system multiparametrical relationship of components of lipidic, nitrogenous balance, system of lipid peroxidation/antioxidant defense and indicators characterizing a condition of function vascular an endoteliya at healthy children and children with a syndrome of vegetative dysfunctions and development on this basis differentiated and the personalized of schemes of pharmacological correction of the revealed violations. By comparison the biochemical of the indicators characterizing endotelialny function and indicators of tripleksny ultrasonic a method and researches, revealed informational content of ultrasonic indicators that it is proved and confirmed by carrying out the linear correlation analysis.
