Objective: To improve the results of surgical treatment of women with combined gynecological and extragenital surgical pathology by unifying diagnostic and tactical algorithm development and implementation of rational surgical tactics perform simultaneous surgeries. The study involved 256 patients who performed simultaneous and other surgical interventions for the period 2013-2015 years. In the department of operative gynecology IPOG NAMS of Ukraine, Kyiv, the analysis of 174 case histories of gynecological patients, who underwent surgery in the surgical department №10 for KMKL during the 2013-2015 years. In all cases, simultaneous operation can effectively reduce the costs of surgical treatment of patients with combined extra-gynecological and surgical pathology. Thus, the economic effect during simultaneous operations hysterectomy + cholecystectomy (laparotomy) is UAH 16137,11 per patient during operations on the uterus + cholecystectomy (laparoscopy) - UAH 12471,95 while hysterectomy + hernioplasty (laparotomy) - 8768, 01 USD, while performing cholecystectomy+hysterectomy + abdominoplasty (laparotomy) - UAH 30537,85 perpatient. Holding simultaneous surgery in women with combined extra-gynecological surgical pathology and can effectively reduce the cost of surgical treatment of patients with no significant prolongation of time operation period and the postoperative period. Simultaneous operation can and should be performed in specialized hospitals with modern equipment and available multidisciplinary team of surgeons inidentifying women with two or more diseases requiring surgical correction.
