Object of study - chickens, feed components, blood serum, liver, tibia, eggs, incubating waste, chickens. Purpose - to study the effect hennnomodyfikovanyh ingredients in animal feed composition on metabolic processes in the body of the bird, its physiological status, immunity performance, productivity, quality reproductive and develop rules of safe use in feed ingredients hennnomodyfikovanyh ptytsi.Metody research - zootechnical, biochemical, PCR analysis, immunological, statystychni.Rozrobleno methodology effective (safe) use GM components in feed for poultry. Discovered vulnerabilities metabolism (antioxidant system, lizotsymna activity) is established: criteria for control metabolism of poultry for consumption of GM food (indicators of antioxidant defense system of the body, namely the concentration of TBA-reactive products in serum in spontaneous and activated oxidation of vitamins A, E and eggs in the liver, uric acid in serum) concentrations of hemoglobin, protein, lipids, inorganic phosphorus in serum; feeding chickens 4 generations of genetically modified animal feed components had a negative impact on most indicators of metabolic formation of post-vaccination immunity livestock survival, and reproductive performance indices; genetically modified feed first generation, namely corn, soybean and sunflower meal can be used feeding the flock of hens under recommended industrial standards appropriate inclusions of the traditional components of complete kombikormiv.Ekonomichnyy effect of using GM ingredients in poultry feed industry amounted to 120 UAH. 1 ton of feed due to their lower cost.
