The object of research are information and analytical technologies of decision-making processes to ensure the safe environment of the urban population. Research purpose is the objectification of optimization and decision-making processes of urban population security systems through the development of scientific bases, models, methods and tools supporting decision making under uncertainty. Research methods are the use of neuro-fuzzy networks and fuzzy expert of information. The results of the research are the development technology of decision support systems for optimizing fire alarms and mathematical models and methods for decision support in ensuring fire safety of the urban population.
