The object of study: endothelial cells Objective: evaluation of the effect of calix[4]arena-145 on the proliferation and the formation of kapilaratne structures in cultured endothelial cells. Research methods: the methods of cell culture, colorimetric analysis using dyes tetrazole, cytofluorimetric analysis. Results: it was found that calix[4]arene C-145 provides progeny effect on cultured endothelial cells. This was manifested in the level of inhibition of apoptosis, stimulation of proliferation and induction of formation of procapra structures.5481
