Object of research - cultural and scientific space as an integral and organized in a complicated way phenomenon. Subject of research - methodological determinants of harmonization of cultural and educational space of future pedagogues. Aim of work - to conceptualize the human dimension as the basis of harmonization of cultural and educational space of future pedagogues. Methods of research: retrospective analysis and systematization of philosophical, sociological, culturological, nature study, psychological-pedagogical and fine art literature on the problems of the human development; systematization of methodological approaches for emphasizing the authorial theories; generalization of the scientific literature on the problem of harmonization of cultural and educational space of future pedagogues; induction, deduction, synthesis, comparison and contrasting of ideas, conceptions, humanitarian theories; differentiation of analogems, modeling of basic definitions thesaurus of the conception of the human dimension of future pedagogues' cultural and educational space harmonization, determination of methodological determinants of the given process. Methodological basis of the research is represented by philosophical and psychological-pedagogical ideas on integration of the Humanities in the complex study and formation of the human's spiritual sphere; culturological, system, synergetic, human dimensional, value-generating, vital-axiological and holistic-emergent approaches to the educational process; objective laws of the interaction of pedagogy, philosophy, art, cultural studies, sociology, ecology, psychology, ethics and aesthetics in the cultural-educational space. The research resulted in substantiation of the human dimension as a civilizational marker of modern cultural and educational changes; the methodological determinants for harmonizing cultural and educational space of future pedagogues have been specified, the human dimension as a factor of harmonization of future pedagogues' cultural and educational space has been conceptualized, mechanisms for implementing the human dimension conception into the systemic parameters of future pedagogues' cultural and educational space have been developed. The research results have been implemented in the educational process of Melitopol Bogdan Khmelnitsky State Pedagogical University. The expected assumptions as for research object development: harmonization of cultural and educational space of future pedagogues will be effective only on condition of implementation of the human dimension approach in the activity of all the institutions of the cultural and educational space, its substantive components, integration of all the efforts of the subjects of the cultural and educational process, creation of expert diagnostics, scientific support of the cultural and educational space functioning.
