Object of study - Ukrainian dialect lexicography and frazeohrafiya (Reg dictionaries source of factual material, methods submission vocabulary, structure dictionary entry, character remarks, etc.). Subject of research - theoretical bases of new and frazeohrafichnyh lexicographical works. Purpose - theoretically justify the need for deeper study of the maximum number of aspects of Ukrainian dialect lexicology and phraseology, and opportunities lexicographical and frazeohrafichnoyi their implementation. Work on the subject was focused on the study and development of scientific and theoretical aspects of Ukrainian dialect lexicography and frazeohrafiyi, including the implementation of the principle of the interpretation tekstotsentrychnoho locally used units. For the reporting period was a concept computer idiomatic dialect dictionary, produced theoretical principles styling vocabulary modified stable combinations of words (the end of XX - beginning of XXI century) and dictionary options stable combinations of words; proved that the dialect dictionary, phrasebook in particular, can be regarded as "developmental information environment" created potrebnisno-based motivational factors in the elaboration and organization of lexical and phraseological material, such as: recruitment through brightly submitted extralingual media and its relationship linguistically. You can now speak of a substantial replenishment of linguistic information collection dialects Prydintsiv'ya: studied attractions of the region, created a card index phraseology used in the works of writers Lugansk concluded new and analyzed existing regional dialect dictionaries, anthologies signed new texts that will be a source of future lexicographical and frazeohrafichnyh papers, published in 2011 material Dictionary of names of residents of Lugansk region analyzed in ethno-linguistic aspect.
