Research object is the process of self-determination of modern youth and its main components. The main results of the research: 1. The research identified and explained the cultural and phenomenological approach to studying self-determination as a motivational and volitional personality core. 2. The research set conceptual basis of integration of professional and personal axiogenesis in a coherent, continuous process which lies in harmonization of personification and personalization processes. 3. The author established and explained the concept of personality development as a subject of professional life activity in the context of professional and personal self-determination culture. 4. The research defined subjective position as a condition and indicator for professional and personal development of a future specialist. 5. On the basis of experimental studies the levels of subjective position of students were singled out. 6. The research substantiated an innovative and interactive form of students teaching i.e. educational dialogue and singled out three main levels of educational dialogue - formal, content and value-semantic dialogue. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the study is in creating new approaches to research such a complex and poorly understood phenomenon in psychological science as life identification culture. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the proposed psychological and pedagogical model of harmonizing life self-determination can be used in development of conceptual foundations in education, especially in higher professional education, and elaboration of innovative educational technologies.
