The first stage of the study was - introduction to in vitro culture and micropropagation and roots of N. tabacum, C. intybus, T. officinalis, A. vulgaris, A. absinthium, H. perforatum and optimize the methods for determination of sucrose, glucose, fructose, relatively long chain sugars. Methods - micropropagation of transgenic plants, a colorimetric method for sugars determination, a chromatographic method for sugars determination. After conducting plants in culture and micropropagation were performed chromatographic and colorimetric study. Colorimetric method showed that PF synthesized in unequal quantities of different kinds of plants.
