The aim of the study is to design properties of organized molecular systems based surfactants which act as effective nanoreactors and nanocontainers, investigate their properties, and evaluate their potential applications. Research methods: one-dimensional (1 H, 31P) and two-dimensional (1H-1H, 1H-31P) methods of NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, spectrophotometry, potentiometry, tensiometry, dynamic light scattering. O the basis of dicationic and monocationic surfactants a number of systems for the selective binding of calix[4]resocinarenes modified at the upper rim with amino acid residues have been elaborated. A biocompatible mixed micellar system based on Twin 80 and oximate functionalized surfactant for efficient cleavage of ecotoxic substrates has been proposed. The technique of synthesis of functionalized surfactants containing boronic acid group has been developed. The abilities to retain selectively model organophosphorus substrates on the polidymetylsiloxane were demonstrated which can be used for designing POC-sensitive layers. The results have scientific importance for the development of the theory of the structure and properties of organized molecular systems. The practical significance of the research is that the resulting system may be applied for selective binding of substrates, designing sensors, and destruction of ecotoxic substrates under conditions similar to the physiological.
