The objects of research are the small size scientific devices with the high metrological and operational parameters for the experimental research onboad the mini and nano-satellites; the combined supercapacitors in the satellite devices for space research; the experimental equipments for directional solidification in space. The methodological approaches include applying the electrical circuits theory, the Space Plasma Physics background, the testing and experimentation, the analysis and physics modelling, the risk assessment (evaluation, estimate) method of radiation exposure impact, the simulation. The new scientific results based on the experimental data analysis from the "Chybys-M" and "RELEK" spacecrafts board devices were obtained; the electronics units using digital methods of the signals processing and correlation analysis were developed; the functional scheme and electrical circuits schemes of the key units of the data collection system were developed; the risk assessment method of radiation exposure impact on the combined power supply was developed; the software and information services for the collection and processing of the satellite data were developed; for the first time vibro- sensitivity comparative characteristics by different methods of crystal growth in the space were obtained.
