Purpose - to develop highly efficient electric heating systems based on highly reliable electrode device heating the coolant, heat accumulator, intelligent control systems and methods of their design. To create such a heating system was proposed innovative electric heating system based on highly reliable electrode device heating the coolant, warm and intelligent battery management systems. This was developed: design of electrode heating devices with improved performance on heating rate, reliability, durability, low mass and dimensions parameters of various heat and electric power; construction of thermal batteries from structural elements and the direction of flow separation of hot and cold parts of the coolant by using the effect of "zero buoyancy."
