Joints of solid magnesium alloys with porous aluminum alloys using layer-activator based on gallium with addition of high-disperse ZrO2 particles and selenium were obtained. The influence of activator's composition on mechanical properties of diffusion zone was determined. Modified alloyed magnesium alloy with increased mechanical properties and chemical composition similar to diffusion zone was obtained.
