The work is dedicated to the development of new process features plasma-arc spraying with high capacity (10-50 kg / h and above) heating and melting metal materials dispersed in a supersonic jet "air + hydrocarbon gas," establishing patterns of management structure, physical and mechanical properties obtained supersonic coatings, and based on this, the development of new technologies and high-performance equipment for coating of complex high service characteristics. During the execution of the project were conducted theoretical and experimental studies features heating, melting and movement of material particles dispersed in a supersonic plasma jet among the products of combustion of hydrocarbon gases and air. Created new supersonic Plasmatrons with high efficiency heating, high velocity particle spray material (500-900 m / s) and performance spraying (10-50 kg / h and above), including the application of composite metal coatings (kermetnyh) materials.
