Analytical and experimental work on the development of manufacturing technology designs porous tungsten material. The results of the research by the necessary technological parameters necessary for the consolidation of tungsten powders of different granularity in the pore structure of the material. Considered and tested method activate the process of sintering of powders of tungsten (application closed hydrogen reaction space saturated with water vapor) with particle sizes from 1 to 1000 microns. According to obtained results of the research are formulated practical recommendations for making experimental porous materials based on tungsten powders with different particle size
