Objective: to study the development and socio-pedagogical support social-pedagogical designing gifted students in the interaction of participants of the educational process. Scientific novelty of the results is to create a model of organizational methods of social and pedagogical design in schools on the basis of innovative design technologies that best optimizes the process of psycho-social and spiritual development; enhancing the professional competence of teachers forming design thinking, characterized by awareness of the goals of, the adoption of detailed design, construction problems of personal development, understanding of personal significance, focusing on the tasks and problems of self-organization in the distribution of time planning, self-control, the ability to evaluate their own decisions by individual or collective reflection, the parties to the acquisition of social experience design. The degree of implementation of the results of research defined national level, as developments themes introduced in the system of secondary education in 19 educational institutions of Ukraine.
