Organizational and economic mechanism of cost management for maintenance and development of personnel at machine-building enterprises with the results of qualitative appraisal of efficiency in corresponding cost management which is object of influence was developed; the methodological approach to the appraisal of the factors of external and internal environment in the process of cost management for maintenance and development of personnel at enterprises was improved. The influence of corporate culture on the motivation of personnel labour was considered.
