The preparative methods for the synthesis of new sulfur- and phosphoruscontaining pyrimidines, purine bases and their analogues were developed. Methods for the synthesis of phosphorus analogues of natural compound - phosphonates and bis-phosphonates, phosphorylated alkenes were investigated. The search inhibitors of protein tyrosine phosphatase among the sulfonyl derivatives of calixarenes was produced. The new function for the design of molecular docking for the evaluation of ligand binding proteins was proposedThe approaches for obtaining of pyrazolo[4',3':5,6]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were found. A series of new pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines and pyrazolo [4,3-b]pyridines were synthesized.The methods of synthesis of new derivatives of phenazine, 6-phenylfuro[2,3]pyrimidine and oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-thion, oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-on and indole were developed and the effectivity of inhibiting nonreceptor tyrosine kinase Ack1 and proprotein convertase furin have been studed. The participation of phosphatidylcholine-hydrolyzing phospholipase C (PC-PLC) in the production of the lipid second messengers, in the implementation of the intracellular action of jasmonic acid and the formation of plant resistance to biotic stress was revealed. А new efficient environmentally safety composite preparations based on citrat-chelates of biogenic micro- and ultramicroelements with antioxidant ingredients - salicylic acid, mixture of polyethylene oxides, gidroperit and arabinogalactan were created. Presowing application of preparations for seed wheat facilitate greater physiological activity and uptake capacity of the root system, stress-firmness of plants, improving the yield and quality of grain.
