It is set that the method of culture of fabrics of in vitro can be used as a model for determination of stability of vine to the drought and different types of salinization. The terms of soil drought design by adding to the nourishing environment MN high-osmotic matter is PEG in a concentration 5% and 6%. The terms of carbonate and soda salinization are designed by adding to the nourishing environment of different concentrations of salts - Na2CO3, NaНCO3, CaCO3. The conducted researches allowed to assert that on the different technological stages of production of graft nursery transplants of vine it is expedient to apply modern bioactive preparations (in particular mixtures of Sizam +Тur, Valmicin +ТУР, Lignogumat and Lignogumat +Albit), to conduct stratification of inoculations of vine by the closed method on high-efficiency substrates (coconut substrates, his mixture with an agroperlit or vermiculit), for the isolation of apical parts of inoculations of vine to use the biodestroyed tapes (Buddy Taрe and Shar).
