The thesis is dedicated to development of new progressive technology in culture of grapevine planting including technology for fast grapevine propagation by using of methods for in vitro culture. The technology has been developed, theoretically based and proposed for production to increase output of grafted grape seedlings from nursery. It is based on using of new biological active preparations; on water holding substrates for open and close methods of stratification and conservation of grafts; on grafting waxes "Norsk Wax" and "Shar" or photodisruption films "Baddy Tape", "Medifilm", "Professional Grafting Tape" and "Shar" to isolate apical parts of grafts from drying up, on ground mulching in nursery by using of combined 30 mkm film of white color.
