The object of the research was the system of corporate finance of companies of agri-food sector. Theoretical and methodological approaches to ensure the financial security of the agricultural sector, to capitalization of the most important asset of agricultural enterprises, forming of financial resources of agroindustrial enterprises through IPO at international and local (national) securities markets, were developed. A single branch accounting policies to enhance investment attractiveness and financial security of agrarian business was propoused. Methodical approaches to the accounting and evaluation of agricultural land and rights to use them (including the right to lease), accounting and valuation of intangible assets and fixed assets were developed. The guidelines to agricultural enterprises that concern of exit to the IPO and the national securities market were propoused.
