Theoretic investigations of physical nature of ferromagnetic, ferroelectric and magnetoelectric properties of multiferroics and solid solutions on their base are carried out. High-temperature detailed calculation of giant superspins morphology was performed and new mechanism of their formation in double perovskite was proposed. Computer model of fullerene-like ZnO cluster is created.
