Laboratory photoelectrochemical cеll with hybrid photoanode based solar cell and TiO2 film was developed. The efficiency of conversion of light energy into chemical energy of hydrogen was 0.6% with a platinum cathode and about 1% - of the metal hydride cathode. We concluded that the lack of prospects of construction of hybrid photoanodes due to its low efficiency and instability at the time.
