Purpose: to define biochemical and cellular aspects of the individual variability of efficacy of radioprotectors. Methods: radiobiological, hematological, morphological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: it was developed radiobiological model of acute radiation syndrome at total body x-irradiation at doses 4,0; 5,5; 7,0 and 8,2 Gy. It was determined the lethal dose response relationship using probit-analysis an LD50/30 - 6,85 Gy, LD16/30 - 4,46 Gy and LD84/30 - 7,97 Gy. The time of development and severity of the hematopoietic syndrome was established by counts of complete blood cells (leukocytes, lymphocytes, platelet and erythrocytes). Hematopoietic-relation parameters used as important in vivo endpoints of the hematopoietic acute radiation syndrome on the developed model. The maximum increase of apoptosis and hypoplasia with depression of granulocitopoiesis in bone marrow was determinant at the period from 1 to 3 days after irradiation. It was established that proliferation capacity of bone marrow's mesenchymal stem cells in culture is sensitive test system іn vіtro estimations of hematopoietic stromal compartment in bone marrow. Novelty: the study establishes a radiobiological model of acute radiation syndrome for іn vіvo and іn vіtro estimations of individual differences at total body x-irradiation.
