The object of study: is a combined method of treatment of ovarian cancer with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The purpose of study: to increase the effectiveness of the combined treatment of patients with ovarian cancer stage III - IV through the development of technology of individualization of neoadjuvant chemotherapy based on an assessment of molecular biological properties of the tumor using videolaparoscopy. Research methods and equipment: clinical, radiological, immunological, morphological, statistical.
