Object of research - an involution of the intervertebral disks of lumbar department of a column. The work purpose - research of pathogenetic features in backboned motorial segments at various structurally functional changes in lumbar department of a column at experimental animals at stabilisation dynamic and rigyd implantations. Methods of research - clinical, radiological and radiological, a magnit-resonant and computer tomography, biochemical, histological, biomechanical, statistical. The involution pilot model of intervertebral disk of the lumbar department of a column at experimental animals is developed and approved. The mean of stabilisation of backboned motorial segments of rigyd and dynamic implantations is developed and approved at a lumbar osteochondrosis at experimental animals which gives the chance to replicate with split-hair accuracy conditions and the changes descending at surgical treatment of a lumbar osteochondrosis at the person. Experimental biochemical researches have shown that surgical treatment with the help of rigyd and dynamic implantations differently influences functional features of backboned motorial segments of lumbar department of a column. Features of histological changes in fabricsof intervertebral disks of lumbar department of a column after experimental modelling of degenerate changes in backboned motorial segments at rabbits are positioned.
