The object of study: there were examined a total of 233 patients. The purpose was to study the clinical-pathopsychological and psychopathological features of anxiety in the structure of mental disorders of organic, neurotic and endogenous origin for the development of diagnostic criteria and treatment algorithm. The results of researches allowed to reveal the peculiarities of the course of organic, neurotic and endogenous mental disorders with symptoms of anxiety, and to identify the leading set of symptoms, features of anxiety component, targets for therapeutic intervention, and to develop a comprehensive system of therapeutic interventions.
