On the base of numerical modeling of the electromagnetic fields propagation in inhomogeneous, two phases, elastically deformed mediums which are typical for seismically-active zones the complex of hardware and software means for study the structure and dynamics of electromagnetic fields in the tectonically active areas was developed and tested on the area of Zakarpatta geo-dynamic polygon. The complex combines the electromagnetic methods of alternative current as well as direct one with measurements of the natural electromagnetic fields and provides synchronous acquisition and transfer a series of parameters to the processing center.
