Mathematical models and combined numerical schemes, built on the basis of finite element method and boundary element method, are analyzed. We established algorithms, that can be used for the software development for qualified numerical experiments of thermodynamic processes in multiphase bodies of regular and stochastic shapes, as well as in microstructural continua using adaptive models., Numerical experiments, that approve the efficiency of the proposed approaches, are conducted.
