Mathematical models are developed: the dynamics of the " hoisting installation- ropes - vessel - guide - reinforcement"; the dynamics of the mobile rescue installation in braking mode; distribution of internal force factors in the hoisting rubber-rope cable with considering damage rope basics. Based methods of problem solving to determine the dynamic parameters of the mechanical system of the hoisting installation. The regularities of the influence of parameters and profile wire guide to dynamic loads in the reinforcement. Obtained dynamic characteristics of hoisting systems, and developed a way to reduce operational loads in extreme conditions. The dependences of the stress-strain state of the rubber-rope cable as a result of displacement and rotation of the vessel in the horizontal plane of the trunk. An algorithm and a common method of determining the rational parameters of rubber-rope cables, roller guides of hoisting vessels and geometrical parameters of the profile wire for stems with broken geometry.
