Subject of investigation - the gene pool of breeding value samples of different eco-geographical origin, lines and F1 hybrids of carrots by the complex agronomic traits effectiveness of their use in the creation of heterosis hybrids. Objective: to study morphological and genetic features adaptive carrot samples different genetic origin and creating matching able-linear material for heterosis breeding based CMS. Methods - field (organoleptic and visual to identify phenotypic variability of plants) measurement and weight (accounting and analysis of structural elements of the harvest), estimated (for the determination of combining ability), mathematical-statistical (to assess the reliability of the results of research). Reviewed 10 samples of carrots individual selection of two local forms (Mistceva 4, Mistceva 5) for total yield, marketability and average weight of marketable root. Studied a total capacity matching new sources for agronomic characteristics. Reviewed carrots Umanka line, which has high drought resistance, heat resistance and seed productivity in the nursery competitive test, compared with standard-grade bright. Optimized methods of selection and seed-growing process to create original material by using carrots regulatory matters (hiberelova acid and drug EM technology "Baikal EM-1"). Developed an improved method for creating fertile lines sterility fixing agents and their CMS counterparts.
