The effects of dynamic interplay system functioning were conceptualized, as well as informational and emotional interchange, transformation of structure and configuration of the group subjects, which is accompanied by appearance of the group psychological phenomena within the group consciousness and the group unconscious field. The group interaction regularities were separated, which are concretized in the change of discourse formations, development of the group roles and the role interaction, transformation of the group bounds and other processes and phenomena within the groups of different level and focus. Models of the group interaction within small study-therapeutic groups were created: group limits, gender-conditional group interaction, competition as a factor of the group interaction regulation, role communication in the group interaction process. A row of hypotheses as regard to sociometric and role statuses of the group-member were formulated. Programs of psychological and socio-therapeutic assistance to the small groups and optimization of the socio-psychological school climate were worked out. Complexes of research methodics of the role interaction of the small group members and methodical guidelines for forced migrants and volunteer-psychologists were created.
