The technologies for producing of biotechnological preparations - immunobiotics on the basis of preselected and characterized strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria that have antibacterial activity and high level of ability to balance the immune response in infectious and inflammatory diseases by inducing cytokines of various nature has been developed. Regulatory and technological documentation for immunobiotics obtaining was prepared. The results can be used in the practice of medicine in Ukraine and other countries
