106 synthesized compounds - nitrogen-containing tricyclic compounds that have been characterized and chromatographic purification methods of 1H NMR spectroscopy hromatomasspektrometriyi. Among these 43 compounds found effective inhibitors of RNA synthesis with an IC50 value of less than 10 microns. Revealed that the highest activity of RNA synthesis inhibition demonstrate arylamidy tricyclic heterocyclic compounds, while alkilamidy poorly and initial acid did not affect the level of RNA synthesis even in the initial concentration.
