Subject of study - neuronal-vascular complexes of the brain to approximate the model of the effect of perioperative factors on the efficiency of regulatory systems of cardiac surgery patients, operated on the aortic pathology. The objective was to study the relation of the regional hemodynamics of the brain with psychosomatic cardiac status of patients with pathology of the aorta. Research methods - clinical-psychopathological method: method subject to the criteria of ICD 10 and testing on the scale HADS (hospital depression scale) and MMSE to determine cognitive deficits, clinical methods: Doppler ultrasonography, electroencephalography, biochemical, mathematical methods of data processing: descriptive statistics, analysis of variance ANOVA, discriminant analysis.Clinical material the study: N = 95 patients operated in 2012-2015 in the state institution "National Institute of cardiovascular surgery named M.M.Amosov of NAMS of Ukraine" about dissecting aortic aneurysm (DAA). It is shown that the dynamics of clinico-psychopathological status of cardiac surgery patients with aortic pathology is not dependent on the use of different in vitro methods of protection of the organism at the stages of surgical treatment. It proves that the manifestation of interdependence of performance of the intracranial vascular Doppler and EEG functioning of affective-cognitive brain complexes on the condition of reducing regional brain hemodynamics, which is a key element in the development of depressive disorders and cognitive deficits in cardiac surgery patients with aortic pathology. As a result of discriminant analysis obtained the boundary separating values of diastolic blood flow velocity in the wizard that allow you to implement a diagnostic algorithm in the form of a computer diagnostic program. Diastolic flow velocity in the provide brain arteria in depressive disorders in 1.4 times less than normal, and when the cognitive deficit is 3.2 times less than normal. The limit values allow to make a choice in favor of a specific diagnosis of a psychosomatic disorder. Product Description popup.authors Є.А. Настенко А.Ю. Лагутін Б. Полатайко Г.В. Книшов М.Є.
