The subject of research is informative, journalistic, scientific-and-technical, economic and fiction publications of recent decades. The working hypothesis of the study was the talking point on current events in the lexical, grammatical and stylistic development against the background of the process of globalization. The purpose of the study - is a systematic linguistic analysis of argumentative-and-suggestive properties of communication, the sample analysis of speech influence techniques in the form of dialogue contents; research of basic semantic structures in the process of sense development as implemented in the linguistic translation study. The following research methods include: analysis, synthesis, sampling and analysis of semantic structures and means of communication, pragmatic analysis and cognitive analysis. In conducting the research " Pressing issues of Germanic, Romanic and Oriental linguistics in the context of world science" the following areas of research were defined: academic area that aims to define the cross-language communication models; improving general linguistic competence through intensification assimilation of information during learning in higher education establishments; implementation of new techniques of learning. The research has solved several problems: identifying key trends and factors influencing the process of cross-lingual communication; introduction and development of interactive learning approach to education and training in higher education; monitoring the dynamics of cross-lingual communications in the media domain; establishing principles of cross-lingual communication operation; conducting research in cross-lingual communication; promoting the inclusion of Ukrainian base models for studying cross-lingual communication into international academic results; improvement of teaching the disciplines of general linguistics and translation. Practical results: Materials of the research can be used in teaching courses of general linguistics, Ukrainian, English, French and Chinese languages; in lexicographical practice when compose dictionaries of foreign words as well in preparing training courses and special seminars, in the work upon diplomas and master's theses.
