A number of filtering video methods and selective model of background based on use of the selective-updated median filter are developed. It is increasing efficiency of segmentation by minimize the change of light and casual periodic micromotions. In addition, the method of tracking objects is developed. Due account of versatile movement of objects and based on hierarchical clustering reference points he allows to carry out separation of the trajectories of objects in areas of partial section. On the basis of the architecture of video surveillance system and software implementation of developed methods is developed hardware and software system that provides effective tracking of objects in distributed surveillance systems in cases of the changing light and uneven motion.
