The physical and chemical technology bases of the glass substrates with microtextured surface topology for minimal light reflection fabrication and the ZnO:Al transparent conductive thin films on microtextured substrates deposition was developed. The physical and chemical technology bases of the Ag8SnSe6 films deposition and the active photoluminescent matrix with impurity ions fabrication for down-conversion of solar energy from UV to spectral operating area of the SC was developed. The physical and chemical technology bases of the IV-VI (PbTe, PbSe and PbS) thin films deposition for high efficient thermal converters were improved. Experimental samples of the ITO/n-CdS: AuNPs /p-CdTe/Ni solar cells with gold nanoparticles was fabricated. Cells have good reproducibility of the photovoltaic properties over a wide spectral range. The use of nanoparticles increases the photoconversion efficiency of samples. The design derived from conducted calculations of the thin film thermoelements experimental samples based on IV-VI semiconductor compounds was carry out. The thermogenerators experimental samples based on the p and n-type PbTe<In>, PbTe<Tl> thin films using a planar technology was fabricated. The construction concept and the experimental sample of the based on supercapacitor electric energy harvesting system from the up to the 300 watts power solar battery were developed. As a result of the test in semi ambient conditions (for number of insolation levels) it has been found that efficiency of the system depends on the PV panels insolation level and increase in conditions of insolation decrease.
