Using reactive impedance components in Si-based micro- and nanostructures, it was established control circuit elements, including LC-circuits for information and measurement systems, which are commensurate with the quality factor of known counterparts. New types of multifunctional transducers of physical quantities were developed, in particular: sensitive element of accelerometer based on silicon nanostructures combined technology; sensor thermal radiation, intended for remote temperature measurement of surfaces of stationary and moving parts of mechanical constructions and twofold purpose products; seismic sensor using strain gauges based on p-type silicon whiskers, which is the main parameters are not inferior to foreign analogues.
