The object of study - socio-economic development processes in the region. Purpose - to develop marketing activities, the formation of theoretical and applied approaches and tools for evaluation, analysis and optimization of processes and indicators of socio-economic development. Methods - research conducted with the use of the dialectical method of knowledge, according to which all phenomena and processes discussed in relationship and development. To perform the tasks involved in the following research methods: abstract logic, monographs, theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, Economics and Statistics, questioning, graphic interpretation. Found no comprehensive studies of socio-economic processes and problems of the Carpathian region and Transcarpathian region in particular, is not conducive to the development program of the region under study and development of market mechanisms optimize these processes. It was established that the level of socio-economic development of the region due to several factors and factors which research in the relationship and interdependence, can create and justify a set of marketing activities and instruments through which the optimization and efficiency of economic entities, and therefore, and the region as a whole. These current trends improving the socio-economic development of the region under study and is due to the relevance of research.
