For the first time experimentally in vitro and in vivo phenotypic characteristics of natural F. tularensis isolates were studied that allowed to detect difference of their pathogen and adhesive properties. For the first time in Ukraine national multiplex PCR test-system was developed for indication and identification F. tularensis.
