Object of the research - commercial and industrial and commercial brokerage company. Purpose of the research is to develop theoretical principles and practical methods of diagnosis and analysis of enterprise and management development in the current economic conditions. Methods of the research is economic analysis, financial analysis, analysis of business process and logistic chains, economic and mathematical modelling. There are following results: 1. Theoretical approaches and practical methods of increasing the enterprises efficiency, financial and economic diagnosis, assessment of business and intellectual capital of the company are researched. 2. Influence of financial crisis on the economic activity of enterprises of different ownership forms is examined: problems are formulated and approaches to its solving are developed. 3. The main directions of overcoming the crisis in the construction industry are suggested: - Activation of innovation and investment activity; - Management of business risks; - Management of intellectual capital; - Management of economic security. As a result of research work technology of improving methods of analysis, diagnosis and management of enterprises in modern conditions has been developed and implemented in practice and in the educational process.5481
