Object of research: processes of formation of Institute of social responsibility of business in Ukraine and their impact on the functioning of economic agents at the macro and micro level. Research objective: determination of the essence of the modern state, Institute of social responsibility of business in Ukraine and development of tools to improve its effectiveness at the micro and macro level. Research methods: structurally - the functional approach, the system-institutional approach, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: methodologically substantiated the mechanism of applying the tools of social responsibility of business in conditions of formation of socially oriented market relations and its impact on economic actors. Novelty: methodologically grounded conceptual basis of the social contract; improved approaches to the identification stakholder using homeostatic tools; pulled out of further development of the synthesis of approaches to defining the content and essence of social responsibility of business. The effectiveness of the implementation: using the results of the study the subjects of Executive and legislative authorities, business structures will facilitate more effective decision-making in conditions of market uncertainty the inversion of economy, improvement of quality of formation of the social contract and the realization of installations social responsibility of economic agents. Sphere of application: public management; socio-economic management; professional, scientific and technical activities.
