Object of research: managing subjects - the enterprises of different forms of ownership. The state of accounting and analytical software and control management systems at the enterprises of Ukraine and foreign countries are studied in the paper . The problem of financial and management accounting of assets, liabilities and equity in the IFRS implementation are solved, conditions technique of the organization of control in modern enterprises are studied; drawing up a package of recommendations for adaptation of analytical accounting and control to ensure domestic control system now in terms of implementation of IFRS. The practical value of the work is to study the existing domestic and foreign methods of accounting and analytical software and control economic entities management, development of recommendations for the adaptation of analytical accounting and control to ensure domestic control system now in terms of implementation of IFRS
