The aim is to study the features of state sovereignty in the context of globalization of social life, on the one hand, and national-state differences, on the other. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that in modern conditions the process of globalization of economic and cultural life of society, the problem affects the sovereignty of the state, as it was understood in the formation of modern states. The analysis of this phenomenon and its impact on the situation of the States today is devoted to the study.
